Welcome to subjunctively, icon journal of virginia_bell. Icons, for me, are an art form, and I never fail to be amazed by just how versatile a 100x100 box can be and what an effective procrastination aid it makes.

I use Adobe Photoshop CS2. Most of my icons fall on the minimal side of things, but I enjoy experimenting with brushes, textures, and various colouring techniques. I icon a variety of subjects, although if you stick around long enough, I'm sure you'll begin to see some trends.

I always post in themed sets, and I always post in multiples of four.

Any further questions, comments, or concerns can be left as a comment or emailed to virginia_bell [at] livejoural [dot] com.

There are just a couple to keep in mind. They're posted with every new set.

1. No hotlinking. Ever.

2. No modifications. If you must, please ask.

3. Comments are not necessary (though loved), but credit must be given to subjunctively. The latter is very much necessary, and this is how you do it.

4. Please friend subjunctively if you'd like to keep track of my work. You can't join the community, but I do periodically open myself up for icon requests and the like. You wouldn't want to miss that! Besides, when I see this community has n+1 watchers instead of n, that n+1th watcher has my love. ♥

All of my resources are kept in this ever-expanding list.

If you would like to affiliate your icon journal/community with mine, just drop a comment somewhere!
